The jig was up for Anthony Alan Larde, 20, when the girl’s parents found a positive pregnancy test in her sock drawer, according to police.
When pressed, the girl told officers she and Larde had sex five times.
Her age and relation to Larde were not released.
The Naples Daily News reports that Larde, who lives in North Naples, admitted the two had sex.
However, he said, the encounters were ‘her idea.’
Officers were called on Tuesday and Larde was arrested later that day.
He is charged with a single count of incest.
In Florida, incest is a third-degree felony.
Florida law prohibits marriage and sex with parents, offspring, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
However, relations between first cousins are permitted.
If convicted, Larde faces up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
