Masked intruder in girl’s bedroom was a classmate May 21, 2013

An 18-year-old is under arrest after he was accused of breaking into a teenage girl’s home in Pierson early Monday morning to have sex with her. The defendant’s plan, however, was foiled when the girl fought back, pulled off the intruder’s bandana and realized that she recognized him from school. The defendant, Eduardo Rodriguez, ran out of the house and disappeared into the woods, but responding Volusia County Sheriff’s deputies mounted a search of the area and located Rodriguez less than an hour later. Rodriguez (DOB: 12/22/94), who lives in Pierson, is facing charges of sexual battery, child abuse and burglary involving an assault and battery.

Deputies responded to the incident after receiving a frantic 911 call from the victim at 1:20 a.m. “When I saw him, he was in my room,” the girl told the Sheriff’s Office telecommunicator who answered the 911 call. “I woke up, and I felt something. I felt him looking at me. I woke up, and he was right there.” The girl then said that she knew the intruder and that his name was Eduardo. The first responding deputies began arriving in the area less than three minutes later to launch a search for the suspect. The victim told deputies that she was asleep in her bedroom and awoke to an intruder wearing a bandana to conceal his face. The suspect lifted up the girl’s blanket and touched her, and that’s when the victim grabbed his arm while calling for her mother. The victim’s mother came rushing in moments later, and the two tried to restrain the intruder. As the suspect struggled to flee the scene, the altercation continued into the living room and then the kitchen. The suspect hit both the girl and her mother and tried to climb out the kitchen window to get away, knocking over a table in the process. At one point during the struggle, the girl pulled the bandana off the intruder’s face and realized that she recognized him from school. The suspect eventually ran out the front door and disappeared into the woods.

At about 2:13 a.m., a Sheriff’s Office K-9 unit located Rodriguez running along the railroad tracks near the intersection of West 3^rd Street in Pierson and took him into custody. His bandana was recovered inside the victim’s bedroom and the t-shirt the defendant was wearing was found in her kitchen. At first, Rodriguez said he had been confused and thought he had gone to his own house, claiming the door was locked and so he climbed in through a window, then went to get in bed and thought the girl there was his younger sister. But he later changed his story during questioning and admitted going into the victim’s house to have sex with her. He said once inside the victim’s bedroom, he pulled back the covers and grabbed her leg. That’s when the victim woke up, clutched the suspect’s arm and started screaming for her mother.

Rodriguez was booked into the Volusia County Branch Jail in Daytona Beach, where he was being held on $101,000 bond.

Ward Powell, a 53-year-old  Boynton Beach told cops that he had been skinny dipping in the ocean with Tanya E. Wheeler, 34, of Greenville, S.C., when “one thing led to another,” according to the Manalapan Police Department arrest report.

As two officers who responded to a 911 call reporting the amorous couple found them both still bare naked, according to the report.

He allegedly told cop he just couldn’t help himself, reports the South Florida Sun-Sentinel.

Some folks apparently have no self-control when it comes to the motion of the ocean stirring their desires.

Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested 23-year-old Reginald Cruz, DOB 01/11/1990, 6018 Lake Ruth Drive, West, Dundee yesterday, Wednesday, April 24, 2013, charging him with Lewd Lascivious Conduct on a Person Less than 18-years of age, Obtaining Property by Fraud, two counts of Battery, and one count of Attempted Battery, after learning Cruz had victimized women living in the eastern portion of Polk County, under false pretenses to gain access to their feet for his sexual gratification.  Cruz approached a ten-year-old child as recently as January 2013, asking to touch her toes.

 

Cruz, a Hispanic male with dark completion, approximately 5’10 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds, told detectives he has been approaching women since he was 6-years-old, asking to touch their feet.

 

Cruz told detectives he has approached hundreds of females requesting to touch or massage their feet using stories such as trying to earn a Boy Scout community service badge, to his most recent deception as a college student conducting medical research to gain their “respect.”  Cruz told detectives after massaging their feet, he would determine if they trusted him enough to begin to kiss their feet or suck their toes as he derived sexual pleasure from the activity.

 

Detectives learned Cruz targeted dark-skin females, such as Latin, Haitian, Jamaican, or African American, approaching them at shopping centers, parks, and community halls.  Cruz has approached females in their cars and at their homes and while walking down the street.  His victims have ranged from 10-years-of-age to 32-years-of-age.

 

Detectives learned Cruz vehicle, a 1993, two-door, teal colored Honda Accord with a gray or white colored front bumper, was a familiar site in the Haines City, Lake Hamilton, Dundee  and Poinciana areas of Polk County, and are concerned that Cruz may have victimized others, to include children.

You ‘Should Learn From This Situation’ Utchey Cabane Said To Woman He’s Accused Of Raping April 13, 2013

Florida - Police say that after 27-year-old Utchey Cabane  raped a woman walking home from work, he apologized for raping her, adding  that at least she learned a valuable lesson.

The woman told police she was walking home when she was approached by Cabane,  who said he was walking to his job at Walmart. He informed her that it wasn’t a  good idea to be walking alone, and offered to accompany her. A short while  later, Cabane demonstrated why she should not be walking alone by  pulling her off the road into the grass, holding a box-cutter to her throat, and  then raping her.

After he was finished, the woman told police Cabane apologized for his  actions and told her “she should learn from this situation” and let her leave.  She ended up telling a relative what happened shortly afterwards, and they  decided to find the woman’s attacker. Surprisingly, they found Cabane in front  of a grocery store talking to another woman.

The victim’s relative confronted Cabane and struck him in the face several  times before leaving the scene with the victim. Cabane, being an idiot, called  police to report he had been beaten and robbed by several men and wanted to  press charges. Cabane told police the men tried to steal his backpack,  which he handed over to investigators.

Want to guess what police found inside it? If you guessed the box-cutter the victim described being used during her  rape, you don’t get shit because it was too obvious. After talking to Cabane a  bit more, he eventually admitted to having a consensual make-out session with a  woman while holding the box cutter to her neck and chest area.

He even wrote the victim an apology letter that stated, “I didn’t mean to  harm you nor make you feel threaten [sic] cause I’m really not that kind of  human being.” Like I said. A total moron. Utchey Cabane was arrested  on charges of sexual battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault with a  deadly weapon and battery. He remains in the Orange County Jail.

As far as his statement of not being that kind of human being, he was  arrested in 2011 after a girl walking to a bus stop accused him of offering her  a ride and then molesting her and forced her to perform sex acts. When the  girl started to cry, Cabane punched her in the face and leg before letting her  out of the car. Cabane was arrested  and was facing multiple charges, including sexual battery and child abuse, but  the case was dropped.

Police Hunt Serial Groper ….. has grabbed women from behind at least 6 times March 28, 2013

Police are looking for a man they say has sexually attacked several women while they are out walking in Pembroke Pines.

At least six attacks have taken place in the area of 9700 Sheridan Street by a man who approaches the women on foot or a bicycle from behind and grabs their breasts, buttocks and or groin area, Pembroke Pines Police said.

“It makes me feel uncomfortable to work out here, even by myself — like I don’t even want to run here by myself,” said jogger Caitlin Allen, who was working out at nearby Brian Piccolo Park on Sheridan Street Wednesday.

Police on Tuesday released a sketch of the suspect who is described as a white male, 15-30 years old, about 5-foot-7 and 170-180 pounds, clean shaven with dark short hair.

Man grabs woman’s buttocks, says, ‘Move that *** girl!’ March 25, 2013

DESTIN – A 69-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly approached one woman at a store and made a lewd remark, then fondled the buttocks of an employee.

On March 10 an Okaloosa County Sheriff’s deputy was summoned to the Target store in Destin to investigate the incident. A female customer told the deputy
she and her son were in the women’s section when a man approached and started  whispering to her. She backed away. The man continued to approach and said, “You’ve got (sperm) on your thumb.” The man then continued through the women’s section.

Moments later the customer said she saw a Target employee who appeared to be upset fleeing the women’s section, while the man zigzagged through the girl’s clothing section. The employee followed the man and got the attention of male employees.

The employee said she was hanging up a dress when a man wearing a green shirt, red pants and carrying a Walkman radio walked up behind her and grabbed her buttocks. He said, “Move that ass, girl!”

She ran to notify store managers.

Another deputy spotted the suspect’s vehicle traveling east on U.S. Highway 98. It was stopped in Walton County. The man was brought back to the store, and the employee positively identified him as the man who grabbed her.

The man denied entering Target.

Man with gun, duct tape and machete in his truck tries to have sex with child March 23, 2013

ORLANDO,  Fla. —A 54-year-old Ormond Beach man is accused of trying to meet a minor  for sex.

Investigators said William  Fahner was arrested Thursday at a Wendy’s restaurant in Daytona Beach. They said  he thought he was meeting a child and the child’s father there for sex.

Instead, officers were  waiting for Fahner. They quickly took him into custody and booked him into the  Volusia County Branch Jail.

Investigators said Fahner  believed he was chatting over the Internet to a father willing to offer his  child for sex. He was really corresponding with an undercover officer.

Fahner had a loaded gun in  the console of his truck, along with a machete, duct tape and rope in the back  seat.

Fahner faces charges of  using a computer to solicit a child for sex, traveling to meet a child for sex  and other crimes.

Man follows 15-year-old girl home, grabs her, starts kissing her March 12, 2013

SEMINOLE COUNTY – An 18-year-old man is behind bars in Seminole County after deputies said he followed a 15-year-old girl home, grabbed her by the arm and started kissing her.

Deputies said the teen told them she was followed home Friday.

Dominique Clayton was arrested after deputies said the victim picked him out of a photo lineup of potential suspects.

The victim said Clayton confronted her after she let her dog back inside her home. The location was redacted from an arrest report from the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said the victim told them Clayton grabbed her by the arm and wouldn’t let go, and then started kissing her.

Deputies said the victim managed to escape the suspect’s grasp and run inside, and Clayton then left the scene.

Investigators said the girl told them she was afraid her attacker was going to rape her.

Clayton was arrested and booked Saturday in the Seminole County Jail on a $10,150 bond. He faces multiple charges, including lewd and lascivious behavior on a child, kidnapping and battery.

Man broke into home, demanded oral sex March 10, 2013

ORANGE  COUNTY, Fla. — Deputies in Orange County  have arrested a man accused of breaking into an apartment and demanding oral sex  from a woman lying on the couch early Thursday morning, deputies  said.

Orange County deputies  said it happened at the Berkshire Apartment Complex near Aloma Avenue and North  Semoran Boulevard.

The victim told deputies  that a man rubbed her buttocks while she was on the couch and then demanded oral  sex after saying he had a gun. After she refused, he ran away with her  cellphone.

Another victim at the same  complex said she woke up to a man in her room who told her to take off her  shirt. She refused, and the man ran away with her cellphone.

A K-9 unit tracked a lead  to an apartment where Alix Chery, 22, lives.

According to deputies, one  of the victims was able to identify Chery, and he later admitted to the  crime.

According to a report,  Chery said he first broke in, but when he saw the first victim awake, he “got a  sexual urge.” Deputies said after the first incident, Chery figured he had  gotten away with taking the phone, so he would try again.

He was charged with  attempted sexual battery with force.

A judge ordered Chery to  stay in jail Friday.

Disney World theme park employee accused of sexually abusing 2 children …. WTF? February 23, 2013

ORANGE  COUNTY, Fla. —A 20-year-old man is accused of sexually abusing two  children.

Matthew Sepik is accused  of molesting two children under the age of 12.

One victim told  investigators the abuse began in 2007 when Sepik was 14 years old.

According to an arrest  report, Sepik admitted to molesting the girl while being questioned by  deputies.

Sepik also admitted that  he and the male victim would play with each other’s genitalia.

According to Disney  officials, Sepik was suspended from his job at the theme park without pay  pending the outcome of the investigation.  A spokeswoman would not say what he  was responsible for or how long he worked for there.

Sepik knew his victims and  did not meet them at the theme park, investigators said.

He was booked in the  Orange County jail and charged with two counts of sexual battery on a child  under 12.
