A woman was arrested Monday for allegedly attacking her boyfriend after they had sex in Bradenton, according to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office.
Raquel Gonzalez, 24, and her boyfriend were having sexual intercourse about 4:40 p.m. at their home in the 2900 block of 31st Avenue East.
Gonzalez was not satisfied and began hitting and scratching her boyfriend’s face, according to the sheriff’s office.
The victim told police Gonzalez often becomes physically violent due to “issues from her past,” the report states.
Gonzalez told deputies, “I have scratches on me too from where he tried to restrain me when I lost it,” according to the sheriff’s office.
Gonzalez, who refused to answer questions, was belligerent and uncooperative, the report concludes.
Gonzalez, charged with battery causing non-serious injury, was released from the Manatee County jail Tuesday after posting a $750 bond.
