
Okaloosa Sheriff’s Deputies were present at 1646 Pickens Dr. in Baker last night (September 11th ) thefor a court ordered civil stand-by. While inside the residence, a deputy realized he was standing inside a suspected clandestine methamphetamine laboratory.
The Okaloosa County Multi-Agency Drug Task Force (DTF) responded, confirmed that it was a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory, and dismantled it. DTF investigators seized a white powder methamphetamine, a “one pot” lab, and numerous items of paraphernalia, to include items used in the manufacturing and ingestion of methamphetamine.
30-year old Dusty L. Jernigan was arrested for Trafficking in Methamphetamine (over 14 Grams), possession of controlled substances without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
