A Paxton woman has been charged with negligent manslaughter in connection with the drowning death of her 8-month-old infant.
Brandy Lee Tucker, who is 31, left the infant unattended in a tub of running water while she chatted on a social networking site, according to a Walton County Sheriff’s Office press release. The child was left unattended for more than 10 minutes, the release said.
The baby died Aug. 19, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
