Is the dog barking because it wants to play outside?
Or because there’s a naked man dancing in front of the house?
In an Aug. 15 incident on Cory Campbell Road in Fort Pierce, it may have been the latter, according to a recently released arrest affidavit. At 1:05 a.m., a St. Lucie County sheriff’s deputy went to the area following a report of a nude dude walking in the street, the TCPalm website reports.
The deputy spoke to a woman who said she woke up to her dog barking. She looked out the door and saw a naked man — later identified as 25-year-old John David Kinder — in the road.
An “unidentified female” took the naked man into a nearby home. A deputy went to an address in the 700 block of Cory Campbell Road and spoke to Kinder. He denied seeing anyone walking naked. The deputy noted dirt and debris on Kinder’s back, and the woman whose barking dog woke her identified him as the dancing naked man.
