The first legal test of Florida’s new anti-beastiality law reveals it’s got what could be called a “Bill Clinton loophole.”
It had looked like a 29-year-old Tampa Bay Area man would be the first prosecuted under the new law when police say they discovered pictures of him engaged in sex acts with his girlfriend’s three-legged dog.
But prosecutors say that while the new law prohibits sex with animals, it doesn’t necessarily outlaw bestial oral sex.
That doesn’t mean Eric Atunes is getting off scott-free, though.
He still faces child porn charges.
