Miami police officers say 24-year-old Phillip Arthur has died after being fatally stabbed when he asked his neighbor to turn down the volume of his music.
Dorian W. Hinkson, the 51-year-old neighbor in Liberty Square, a Miami public housing development known as Pork ‘n Beans, reportedly became enraged, grabbed a knife and stabbed Arthur once in the chest in front of his wife and children in the courtyard of their complex.
