This dude has big brass balls!
Charles Smith, 54, is accused of stealing $30,000 in tools and equipment from his landlord and then selling the stolen items in a yard sale on the property, reports the Tampa Tribune.
Smith broke into a mobile home, barn and attached garage and stole the tools and
equipment, including an antique firearm, the sheriff’s office said.
A neighbor bought some of the stolen property from the Riverview man, the sheriff’s office said.
