Luis Fernando Rolon, 30, was allegedly masturbating in front of three young sisters at a bus stop, reports the Naples Daily News.
According to Lee County Sheriff’s Office reports, one of the victims accompanied her daughter to the school bus stop Aug. 17 when she observed a man standing in some bushes directly across the street from them, masturbating while he stared at her.
The woman says his attention eventually was drawn to three young girls, all sisters, who were also at the bus stop. She yelled for the girls to come to her, and when they reached her, one of them said, ” Did you see what that man was doing?”
The dad of one of the girls held the Fort Myers man until deputies arrived and arrested him, according to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
